ALL of our CLASSES are FITNESS CLASSES. And you don’t have to “get in shape first” in order to join our Foundations Program. That said, our Boxing Bootcamp will help you lose weight and get in shape while you learn and improve your striking skills in this non-contact class. Fitness 101 is our comprehensive fitness class that is aimed at improving strength, stability, agility and endurance. Work at your own speed under the watchful eye of our trainers. Regardless of your fitness goals: just looking to get in shape and lose weight or competitive athlete seeking to max out your performance levels; we well help you improve.
