FITNESS -SPORT-SELF DEFENSE  Regardless of your goal our Kickboxing Program has a class for you. Using the fundamentals from International Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai we provide a safe environment where anyone, no matter their age, size or gender can learn and improve. We have classes for all levels from our non-contact Boxing Bootcamp, to Foundations Kickboxing where you learn to drill with a partner, to the Combat Athlete Program where you can safely learn ALIVE training using  our unique I-METHOD and PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE.
